The Commercial Card Account Manager III serves as a subject matter expert for the Commercial Card product, working closely with Accounting, Back Office Processing, Balancing teams, and the card processing vendor. This role is responsible for supporting account lifecycle management, payment processing, GL monitoring, and credit action updates, while driving operational excellence and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support & Reporting
- Act as liaison between Back Office teams and card processor.
- Analyze reports to identify and resolve exceptions, including posting exception payments and researching rejects.
- Perform daily operational tasks and critical control activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain documentation, work instructions, and procedures.
Process Improvement & Projects
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, reduce expenses, and enhance efficiency.
- Participate in meetings with internal partners and vendors to support initiatives.
- Document requirements, process flows, and serve as the subject matter expert for Commercial Card data usage.
- Utilize automation tools to improve internal processes and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Technology, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years in business management, finance, accounting, or technology-related roles.
- 2 years working with Power Apps and Power BI.
- 2 years experience with database management, SharePoint, Excel, and business analytics.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
