eFAST is the FAA’s program for Accelerated and Simplified Tasks agency-wide contracting program. It enables FAA organizations to effectively procure engineering services, research and development, computer/information system development and support from small business eFAST contractors. The total ceiling for all MOAs during the 7-year contract is $2 billion. eFAST is the primary acquisition tool used by the FAA to meet its small business objectives.
