Through the Azure Web App container, we created a cohesive environment that seamlessly integrates multiple applications, documents, and resources, enabling an intuitive and consistent navigation experience across apps.

OpTech implemented a “User-Centered Design” approach to create automated workflows tailored to enhance agent efficiency, enforce compliance, and streamline documentation. Our close collaboration with product managers has enabled us to automate numerous complex processes, such as reducing the multi-step fake identity verification workflow and transforming the burdensome, paper-heavy Parole Case Tracking System. These advancements have significantly cut processing times—from months to mere days—empowering agents to focus on mission-critical tasks while maintaining rigorous standards of accuracy and compliance.

SeaPort-e serves as the Navy’s digital platform for acquiring support services across 22 functional areas, such as engineering, IT and program management. The OpTech Team provides world-class professional support services to all NAVSEA program executive offices, directorates, warfare centers and field activities utilizing the NAVSEA SeaPort-e contract. Various entities, including the Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), utilize this tool to fulfill their service needs.
