Our close collaboration with product managers has enabled us to automate numerous complex processes, such as reducing the multi-step fake identity verification workflow and transforming the burdensome, paper-heavy Parole Case Tracking System. These advancements have significantly cut processing times—from months to mere days—empowering agents to focus on mission-critical tasks while maintaining rigorous standards of accuracy and compliance.
Application modernization was needed to support over 6,000 agents whose job it is to investigate, identify violations, arrest violators and remove them. Their vision included creating a series of newly automated actions to support each business process that would improve agent efficiency to ensure all steps were completed within critical processes, force compliance and guarantee proper documentation.
