We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and compliance-driven User Access Review Analyst to join our growing team. This role will focus on executing user access reviews, supporting role-based access control (RBAC) initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal audit and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SailPoint, a strong understanding of access governance, and a proven track record in user administration and audit support within medium to large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive User Access Reviews (UAR) to validate and certify access across various systems and applications.
- Analyze current user access and assess provisioning rules to ensure alignment with RBAC standards.
- Identify access trends, anomalies, and violations, escalating risks or compliance issues as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to onboard applications and map user roles within SailPoint.
- Ensure adherence to established compliance, security, and audit controls.
- Support and help maintain SailPoint identity governance platform, ensuring data accuracy and role alignment.
- Work with cross-functional teams to document and refine access policies and business processes.
- Assist in completeness & accuracy testing (CAT) for compliance and audit readiness.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support audit trails and reporting requirements.
- Meet or exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for task completion and incident resolution.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint for user provisioning, governance, or certification campaigns.
- Strong background in audit and compliance, particularly in access management.
- Advanced Excel skills, including use of formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Demonstrated knowledge of RBAC (Role-Based Access Controls) – highly preferred.
- Experience in medium to large-scale corporate environments.
- Ability to work on medium to large projects with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail — a “stickler for accuracy” and quality.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining high performance.
