We are seeking a Business Solutions Lead for the Metro-Detroit area. Hybrid 1x week in Detroit. This position is seeking a highly motivated, curious professional who can lead application and system implementation projects while also performing in-depth data analysis. The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with advanced technical expertise in Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL, and VBA.
The resource will manage projects through the full lifecycle, work directly with business stakeholders and subject-matter experts, analyze complex datasets, develop data-driven solutions, and translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations.
This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, asking questions in unfamiliar business areas, solving ambiguous problems, and continuously learning new domains.

Professional Experience
- 5+ years of related experience preferred
