Location: Onsite – West Bloomfield, MI
Shift Hours • 0630-5p- Looking for scrubbing skills for multiple service lines including Ortho, Ortho sports, Neuro
Schedule Notes • Certs: CST and BLS • Minimum Exp. 3 years, prefer 5+ • Required Scrub Exp: Ortho or Neuro + other specialties • Schedule: M-F, 6:30am – 5:00pm
Job Summary
The Certified Surgical Tech performs a variety of technical duties to assist in preparing and caring for pre-operative patients.

Qualifications
Required
-
Graduate of a formal Surgical Technician program.

Minimum of 3 years of experience.

5+ years of experience preferred.

Required scrub experience in Orthopedics or Neurology, plus other specialties.
Required Certification & Licensure
-
BLS Certification.
-
Certification as a Surgical Technician through one of the following:
-
NBSTA – Certified Surgical Technologist (CST).

NCCT – Tech in Surgery-Certified (TS-C).

Working Conditions
Position may be based in a hospital or ambulatory/mobile imaging setting. Exposure to radiation, high-voltage equipment, and infectious diseases is possible with appropriate safety precautions. Position may require assisting with patient transfers and moving equipment.
