We developed a web and mobile application compatible with PCs, iOS, and Android devices. This application included a forum for internal experts across all plants to collaborate on issues faced by their facilities. Solutions could be stored in a repository, accessible anytime via a straightforward keyword search. To foster employee innovation and creativity, a feature was included that allowed employees to share ideas and solutions for various problems.
