SeaPort-e serves as the Navy’s digital platform for acquiring support services across 22 functional areas, such as engineering, IT and program management. The OpTech Team provides world-class professional support services to all NAVSEA program executive offices, directorates, warfare centers and field activities utilizing the NAVSEA SeaPort-e contract. Various entities, including the Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), utilize this tool to fulfill their service needs.
