We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Junior Java Developer with hands-on experience in Go to join our DevOps Product Development team. This role is centered around building and enhancing internal tools that improve compliance, audit automation, access governance, and operational transparency within our DevOps ecosystem.
You’ll work closely with DevOps engineers, platform architects, and compliance stakeholders to design solutions that streamline audit processes, enforce security controls, and enhance developer productivity. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and internal tools using Java and Go
- Build integrations with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, GitLab, and Bitbucket to enable automated compliance checks and reporting
- Implement features supporting:
- SOX audits
- Access reviews
- Minimal access enforcement
- Segregation of duties
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise governance and security standards
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in peer reviews, unit testing, and knowledge sharing
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of developed tools
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on Java programming experience, with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles and backend service development
- 1–2 years of experience with Go (Golang), ideally for scalable microservices or automation tools
- Working knowledge of AWS and cloud-native development practices
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments, especially Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitLab
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code or configuration management tools
- Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOX or ISO 27001, and their technical enforcement
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
