We are seeking a Business Analyst for Medicare Advantage Enrollment Operations. This is a hybrid role in Detroit MI (2x/wk)
Engagement Description –
- Responsible for system and UAT testing within the IKA system.
- Responsible for managing system releases and ensuring that functionality is in line with CMS guidelines along ensuring resolution to system defects.
- Developing or changing workflows and implementing process improvements to enhance organizational products, programs and service to our customers.
Required Skills/Experience
• 4 years of experience in Medicare Advantage field
• Medicare Advantage Enrollment/Disenrollment
• CMS Guidelines
• MARx experience
• IKA experience
• Data Analysis
• Ability to provide support to internal and external customers
• High School Diploma – Required
Preferred Skills/Experience/Education –
• Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of CMS guidelines:
- Chapter 2
- Thresholds and compliance timeliness for discrepancy resolution
• Knowledge system and UAT testing
• Process improvement exp (Six Sigma, etc).
