We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead a high-visibility GitLab implementation project that must be completed by April 2026. This individual will play a critical role in driving DevOps and engineering teams, ensuring deliverables stay on track, and helping teams overcome obstacles with a hands-on, proactive approach.
The ideal candidate will not only be a skilled servant leader, but also someone who can confidently push teams forward, maintain accountability, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
- Drive progress on the GitLab implementation project and ensure milestones are achieved on time.
- Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to remove impediments and streamline delivery.
- Serve as a facilitator, coach, and motivator to keep teams aligned and focused on outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates and managing expectations.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with 15–20 years of overall professional experience.
- Proven track record of successfully leading technology delivery initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, practices, and frameworks.
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate.
- Experience working with DevOps or GitLab-related projects preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available).
