We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Python infrastructure automation. This role will focus on developing and maintaining scalable data integration and automation solutions in a cloud-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/data integration pipelines using IDMC, Python, and AWS services.
- Work closely with data architects and business analysts to gather requirements and implement efficient data workflows.
- Utilize AWS services including S3, Lambda, Glue, and Aurora for data storage, transformation, and orchestration.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Terraform.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins) for consistent and reliable deployments.
- Perform code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and support best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, transformation, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data throughout all processes.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in data engineering and cloud computing.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software or data engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC for building scalable data integration solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, including scripting and automation capabilities.
- Strong experience with AWS services:
- S3, Lambda, Glue, and Aurora
- Proficient in Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).
- Expertise in SQL and relational data modeling.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Strong team collaboration and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare).
- Exposure to containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
