We are seeking an experienced Team Leader/Supervisor for a health care organization in the metro Detroit Michigan area. This is a hybrid position.
Engagement Description:
- Seeking a Team Leader to lead a team of bargaining unit (union) employees on a health insurance membership & billing operations area.
- The team leader is responsible for daily inventory management, administration duties for staff, and ensuring all departmental goals are achieved
Skills/Experience:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Previous HealthCare industry experience
- Experience leading in a bargaining unit (Union) environment
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suites
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members
Education/Certifications
- A minimum of 60 college credits is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
