Tom’s path into recruiting

“I graduated from CMU with a Criminal Justice degree in 2008 and started my career as a Psychiatric Care Specialist in several hospitals. I learned quickly that I love helping people, but I was truly born to recruit.” That passion for helping others still drives Tom today. His empathy and persistence have made him one of the most trusted recruiters in his field.

“I’m all about building long-lasting relationships. It’s a pay-it-forward mindset. Referrals are huge in our industry, and I’m proud that people trust me enough to send their friends and colleagues my way. Relationship-building is my forte, and I get to use it every day.”

When he’s not connecting top talent with exceptional companies, Tom enjoys playing golf, tennis, hockey, and running. “Family is everything. I’m a very lucky husband with an amazing wife and am the uncle to the cutest niece and nephew.”
